The hotel's location is central and within walking distance of shopping and dining, making it very convenient. While the rooms have some comfortable features, I had issues with cleanliness during my stay. The service left a lot to be desired, particularly with certain staff members who were unhelpful. Additionally, the dining experience was below expectations, especially for breakfast, which could definitely use improvement.

I expected more from this hotel after paying for an upgrade, but my view was minimal at best. The room itself was decent and comfortable, yet it didn’t match what was shown online. The service was generally helpful, but I did encounter issues with dining. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, with easy access to shopping and the beach. Overall, it was a reasonable stay, but improvements in amenities and restaurant availability would be great.
